I took 20 or so years off from smoking a while back. Leaving that profession, I will admit I was a bit over weight. Ok jerk, I was fat… there I said it.
Now that I am a happy consumer of the greens, I just keep shedding pounds. I don't like fast food anymore, I would rather have a real juicy off the grill steak mmmm… or home cooked stuff just tastes so much better…
Then of course there is the day when I smoke around noon and completely forget until dinner that I have not eaten anything all day–just vibin' along doing my thing.
I'm almost at the point where I don't want to lose any more weight. I appear to be immune to the munchies, and I hate it!
