Starting my first grow, what should I focus on buying first?

I've assisted a grow op four times, the last was just three of us versus 357 plants. I didn't learn as much helping and wanted to ask this sub for advice on starting my own grow op. thank you. PS: I live in a state where marijuana is legal.
